Please note that you will be charged in FULL if you do not turn up for your physiotherapy appointment.

Home visits

We offer home Physiotherapy and Pilates visits in the areas of: Kidlington, Woodstock, Chipping Norton, Burford, Witney, Bicester, Summertown, Oxford, Cumnor, Botley and anything up to a 40 mile radius from our Oxford clinic.

Costs for a home visit are as above but there is an additional charge for travel time/time away from clinic. Please contact us for an individual quote.

Payment

Payment is taken after each appointment by cash, cheque or card. If your treatment is to be funded by your health insurance you need to contact your insurance company to gain approval before booking treatment. This will include an authorisation code and the number of treatment sessions approved.  Please note all insurance patients, with the exception of BUPA, are required to pay for your physiotherapy session and you’ll be issued a payment receipt to claim directly from your insurance company.
