Important* If you have had gynae, urological or colorectal surgery you’re appropriate to join the class at 6 weeks post surgery. * If you are pregnant you’ll be appropriate to join our class from 12/40 gestation (12 weeks pregnant) * If you are a postnatal patient, you’ll be appropriate to join us at 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery (including tears, ventouse or forceps,) and 12 weeks after a C-section.
